I just made some pumpkin bread last week for a bake sale at work.
It was so yummy!! Love Love Love baking stuff in the fall and winter!!
Yuuuuummmmm....I *love* pumpkin bread! :) I'm definitely going to have to try this recipe - thanks for sharing!
I make a triple batch of a different recipe every couple weeks, pour them into muffin pans, sprinkle with a little sugar, and bake at 350 for only about 20 minutes...voila, 3 dozen pumpkin muffins! They are my youngest nephew's favorite breakfast food. :)
