Using your homemade pesto....
try making this delectable pizza.
It is super simple, elegant and yet
ever so gourmet... you most likely
will be having seconds.
start by rolling out
1 homemade (or store bought) pizza dough
and lather.... 1 cup homemade pesto on top
smooth evenly around with a spatula.
Leaving about 2-3 inches of dough exposed on sides.
topple with....
1 cup or more... shredded or diced rotisserie chicken
1 cup or more.... shredded mozzarella cheese
Lastly... sprinkle with
2-4 tablespoons of Raw Pignolias
or put more simply
Pine Nuts
Pop in the oven....
at 450 degrees and....
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese melts
and crust is golden brown......
and Enjoy!
Serve with a fresh green salad and
always remember to serve your dinner with love!
Hope you are all having a sweet day!!
Many Blessings!!!!

MMM! Yummy! I've got lots of pesto left over from last year, and I've been trying to think of uses for it, I'll definitely have to try this!

I was very blessed by the quote you shared for the Lord's Day, and your tribute to John Calvin. Indeed, the Lord used him in a mighty way... All glory to God.

Is that why everything you make is just so marvelous?! You put so much love into your work, whether it's cooking, baking, sewing, sharing God's love! I think this dish may be my favorite yet! (And what a lovely addition of pine nuts. Don't you just love Trader Joe's? =) )
